that sounds much better The other option is when it's too crowded and roads are still shit like happens in many places in Poland. I'm like 80Km from Krakow and I need 1.5h to get there. That's like 53Km/h

That happens in all Australian cities Brisbane to and from Gold Coast is really bad (2 hours+ for 60km journey during peak times, if there's an accident forget it)

Melbourne and Sydney are much worse, in Melbourne it can take over an hour to get out of the city itself during peak times.

Recieved the entire kit today for diagnosis.

Turns out this was just poor connection between the kits notorious main board pins and the old rom sockets.
Pressing firmly in that area whilst booting shows a perfect image.

I've actually come across a few CPS2 boards with bad sockets. The large pins on the multi certainly make already old sockets a higher risk of failure but they are very old anyway.

The good news is they're easy to replace, just time consuming

On closer inspection it was actually a compounded issue.

There was a snapped pin left in a socket, so poor connection there. No biggy.

But the killer was OP got a little carried away with cutting jumpers and cut thru the trace under the white next to jp21.
I just pulled gal leg 2 from socket and wired directly to the kit and it works perfectly now.
