Could anyone help identify some missing IC's? Location 15M, 17M and 14F. These chips are not in the mame set so they are something else..

136089-1010 is what I'm missing. What kind of chip is it and how do I find a replacement?

Yes, the Mosels are static RAM.
136089-1010 is a programmable logic device. Unfortunately, the security bit has been set on it, so you can't read it with a programmer. I have no idea how you would get that copied.

I have a couple of ram chips on order. Will the game power up with out the gal chip? To be honest I have no idea if the board works or not.

I may take you up on that offer. Already ordered a couple of ram chips we'll see what it does. Reburned a chip (27C512) on the audio board, had a couple of broken legs. We'll see if that works. The things I do to fix old stuff.
