Running a Project Diva Future Tone without sega network?

[system11]

Is there any way to run Future Tone without needing a connection to the sega network?

I run mine offline but use a regular Windows 8.1 install and run the game files using pd-loader: https://github.com/PDModdingCommunity/PD-Loader

There is an alternative online service that can be used but not sure if it can be mentioned on here. If the person who runs that reads this maybe send the OP a DM?
