FS sale cancel - Hyper Street Fighter Anniversary $350

For Sale
Whats the install like on the all in one? I have a HA black board myself and this thread got me thinking.
You just solder it to the cn9 connector on the back of the board. I don’t think you need any jumper wires for power.
Yeah, just like Rev. 6 & 7 B boards.

Generally the opposite is true, the US and Europe versions are easier than Japan. I can tell you with certainty that the Japanese version of Super Turbo (2X Grand Master Challenge) is harder than ST
I've only played the US version of anniversary on the multi, and it's brutal so it's entirely possible Japan is easier

Enjoy!
But it's not. The US version for 2X is intentionally harder than the Japanese version. It doesn't matter what difficultly you set it to, its always going be set to the hardest difficultly. The story is that Arcade ops were upset that they weren't getting their moneys worth with Super Street Fighter 2, so Capcom intentionally made it so the difficulty was always set to hard on Super Turbo.
Sounds like an old wives' tale. I've heard it both ways. GMC is certainly hard. The most plausible is that they are both identical difficulty. With first hand experience, GMC AI reads inputs and can perform charge moves while walking forward. My favorite is when Dictator Head Stomps/Body Splash/Scissors/Psycho Crusher all at the same time

I can agree with that. I've heard it both ways but I personally having played both find the Japanese version more difficult - particularly dictator and T. Hawk

I guess it depends which version you've played more you're going to find the other more difficult?

Except GMC if you change the difficulty to 1 star, it actually makes it easier. Super turbo it doesn’t matter what you change it to, you’re gonna get rekt by the AI

I can confirm that the US version is more difficult, by a landslide. I'm not sure if that is by design, i've been told it is a glitch, which makes way more sense.

Arcade operators lost money on SSF2 because they made the game slow again, which results in less plays per hour, and it flopped cuz the game was shit, and they had to invest into brand new hardware, instead of a rom upgrade. Recipe for disaster.

Agree with everyone who says the US version is harder.

It's the reason I replaced my all in one JP HSF2 board in favor of a US conversion, much more fun to play. ^^
