Hello I’m new here
I hope all is well
I have a question about a faster than speed arcade by Sammy.
For some reason the gam thinks the gas pedal is to the floor
The car just sits at the start line spinning tires
If I yank the steering wheel hard to the left it will try to move
Any clue ?
Thanks 🙏

You mean that when you press gas to the bottom, the wheels turn but the car doesnt move. That means that the brake is ON. Check that one first.

If it's the upright cabinet, there is a cable that runs from the pedals to the main loom.
It's always damaged..... Both of my machines need this but joining / insulating the wire can get you back going (for years lol).

Awe mannnnn
Thanks for all the info and tips people.
This is awesome!!!!!!
I’m glad I signed up!!!!!!!!

I messed up big time last night.
I burned the board
No steering no brakes no gas.
I seen where this pictured board was smelling funny and burnt in a few spots
So I ordered it and two poinionmeters spell check.
I will be back in a few days with an update

the 2 outermost pins on the pot are ground and +5v - you DONT want to short them out! :D
the center pin is the return signal to the board.

Why would a blown motor driver board result in no steering and pedals? It just runs the force feedback?

maybe the i/o daisychain's through it? or maybe it's a shared bus and the driver is jamming the comms?
i'v never seen a wiring diagram for an atomis-wave cab.
i assume it's atomis-wave anyway :D

I have no idea, I’m touch and go,
I got the arcade for free so I just thought I would switch parts to see if maybe that was it.

Ahhh super helpful.
Well you are right. Unfortunately I did short them out 😂😂😂😂
Thanks so much for this feedback,
Someone asked why would it be the board.
So I guess that means I wasted $117 on the one I just purchased 🥸. But it’s cool the arcade was free,
I got 2 new pots coming in tomorrow along with a board
This is my last attempt
The feedback is amazing
