Sega Blast City - Pinout jamma -5V ?

Does someone have an idea about getting -5V on pinout Jamma when using Blast city to be able use a Nintendo VS PCB .

I buy an adapter that seems to need a -5 V to be able get picture from the Nintendo PCB

About those old PCB Nintendo as Playchoice need to convert the +5V by - 5V for the same pinout ? need to add it to the empty place i have on 5 and 3

jnx atlas is what I use. Has a volt meter and the -5v option as well as a spot for a cps3 harness. He’s a really nice guy in my experience just shoot him an email. Jammanation I believe is his website

i need to add -5 V on 5 and E connector ? still need +5V for the PCB right ? how to come with wires -5V in this case and from where it come ? need to use a Jamma Helper and pickup a +5V then comme that way to 5 and 5 ? so need two Negatron ?
