Sega Chihiro VGA problem Lcd

Hi, i have a Sega Chihiro type III that works well in my arcade Sega Universal cabinet with a Nanao Monitor.
When I conect to a Pc Monitor or a TV LCD the image does not appear.
I had another Chihiro a year ago and i could see in a LCD monitor.
Someone had the same problem?

It's a somewhat common issue. I want to say the Chihiro outputs something that isn't completely standard.
