Sega Chunithm Air Strings issue

Got a cab from KC 2 weeks ago, was finally able to get it running with some help from other peeps. but...the left Air String isn't lighting up and I do not believe it is working.
All the connections are made and secure.

so my questions are
1. How easy is this to fix if its actually the air strings piece broken
2. If its just LED, how easy is it to replace them?

I also have a line of LED's on the main Panel above the monitor that is out. Is that easy to fix? This is my machine prior to me getting it to work.

There is a white metal plate on the bottom left side of the air string.. From what I've heard stuff from KC has come unassembled, missing pieces, disconnected, etc.. I'm hoping it's just a matter of your connectors not being connected.

Yeah its all hooked up. I dunno what i'm missing aside from the network card. He gets these machines like that. I know he's pulled JVS boards, I see the stacks but there are other times the shit just gets pulled.
