ArcadeMachinist
Professional
Checking interest.
I love this machine, but past 1.5 years I had 0.00 time for Arcades. I work 10h/day job and just do not have any time to spare.
SEGA G-Loc
Game works, motion does not.
Missing 1 motor PCB. However now the cabinet is retrofitted with servos. I did make Arduino based interceptor to read out "desired position" data from the (main CPU -> motion board) harness.
Basically what is left to be done:
1. Readout of right/left vertical position pot values
2. Readout of limit switches (x4 NC)
3. Readout of laser safety barrier (x1 NO)
Servo drives currently controlled by PULSE/DIR, but they are RS232 capable.
Please see this thread for details from the very start of the project to the "I would retrofit servos" era

Not like I do want to get rid of it, but I think it deserves more love (and time) than I can provide.
Shoot me your offers/questions, if interested.
