Thanks, I’ll let you know. I looked over the schematic and I think I have an easy way to upgrade this amp. I’m also working on replacement speakers. If the amp can be upgraded it opens things up for a broader range of speakers to use.
Funny enough, I don’t have a blast cab to test the replacements in so, I have to send out my upgrade kit to someone that does. Preferably someone that has 2 blast cabs to compare original speakers to the replacements.

I don't know but Sega does many type of sound amps in their machines.
From upright to driving cabs.
Maybe you can use later type like the mono/dual amp, you can find in model3/naomi racing machines.
