I've found a rotted component on one of my model 2 romboards and from what i've read online it is an axial capacitor (the little pink resistor like part with a "PC" designation).

The part in question is PC1, the pictures are from two other romboards, the orientation differs on each and colour band spacing is slightly different but it looks like (red,red,orange,white) 22nF.

Is there a specific part I should replacing this with? I can't actually find any capacitors in that form factor, i'm not even sure how those ones are constructed. I was just thinking of using a ceramic cap.
