I donm't think you understand what he is asking for. He can buy an entire Naomi pcb for $50. I imagine the filter board would be around $20.

Yeah, exactly, just that board, not the whole system. I have a working Naomi, but quite a few ports and connectors are flaky, mainly the USB and VGA connector. I could just replace them, but I'm sort of short on time these days.
