I have no idea, i just saw them on eBay as a complete item (Game Cart, Box and Label) and thought they looked pretty cool.

They look like the NeoMini Boxes that Loris Biaggi used to make.
His Naomi and PGM designs were actually up for sale (Neo-Geo.com link).
I know of some interested parties, but don't think anything came of it.

I think I have one that came with one of my games. I'll have to take some measurements and see if there's anything on the market that matches.

Hi folks!
Here is my “solution” to storing Naomi carts both safe and maybe a little sexy.
A seller from Etsy helped me with some custom boxes

Size Length 26 CM, Width 13 CM, Height 4 CM fits snugly. Cardboard is also nice and sturdy and seller ships fast.

Cut some antistatic bubble wrap to size and glue it to the bottom.

I used the CPS2 template from Southtown Homebrew here.

Used Paint.net to ad a Naomi logo and change some of the colors.
Front image is just a high resolution image of Japanese Dreamcast cover with a Naomi logo pasted on the top. Google is your friend.

Print on high gloss adhesive paper and do your best with a couple of scissors, scalpel etc.

And there you go! Custom shockboxes good enough for the bookshelf in our living room (My wife is pretty awesome)

Also works great for safe CPS2 storing (Length 40 CM Width 27 CM Height 7 CM. Se last picture)

neominibox has done those templates and labels for naomi. He is not doing those labels and boxes anymore, but surely he has still this template.
