Sega New Versus City Monitor/Wiring issue.

Glad it works, but there's no way to degauss the screens without an external device at the moment.

I don't know what kind of button these cabs have for degauss (never had any issues with mine), but it should control two separate circuits. Yours is faulty for whatever reason.

For now i guess i can put the auto demag switch on the p2 chassis. But for now i unplug p1 and plug it into p2 and demag from the PSU the p2 monitor. I thank you for the help. This was a gremlin that was haunting me for a week LOL. I thought i burned 2 different chassis's, but since i know this is the demag circuit ill go back and test those 2931s that i thought blew up

Went back to the cab, installed 2 2931's and wired up demag like it was stock. and it worked fine. The demag circuit with a 2930 as player 1 was causing all the issues. By depinning demag at @nem suggestion the monitors worked fine. IF anyone ever uses a 2930 in a versus city remember this.

So it was an issue with the dmag wiring? or did the 2930 itstelf had an issue with it's demag circuitry?

With the 2930 being used in the player 1 side, the wiring goes directly to the PSU. Im guessing the 2930 is wired differently than the 2931, and the harnesses that carry demag over to player 2 is wired for the 2931/2933 . the 2930 DEMAG is wired in reverse.
