I always thought you were a Rhea user like me... No region free BIOS needed with that device, all loaded images can be patched.
It's not as user friendly to setup as PSIO however, due to the format conversion (Rhea only runs *.CDI/Discjuggler format).

Hah! Awesome! Actually, I am about to become a Rhea/Phoebe user. My buddy is going to sell me his. I don't know if he has Phoebe or Rhea yet. Being on the West Coast, I can never be around a PC at the ungodly hours you are required to be awake at on a Friday night going into Saturday to snag one. Looks like I am going to be patchin' up me some ISO's. Just the standard Saturn patches will do? As you can see I am not fully up to speed on this. Thanks dawg!

You don't need to do anything but convert the BIN/CUE to CDI, use in conjunction with RMenu and everything will be loaded for you.
