Hey, does anyone have, or can scan, the art for the instruction panel on a North American cabinet? Would be appreciated!

I have sport shooting, ranger mission and extreme hunting instruction cards but they are in the cabinets and in storage so i cannot get near them at the moment.
(also have maximum speed)

I am looking for faster than speed instruction card original for a long time...
