Selling a semi-broken ST-V. Bios boots but games don't (only have a multi to test, but it doesnt boot). It has a purikura expansion board on top. Some of the I/O pins are bent. Hopefully an easy fix but beyond my ability to diagnose or fix.

Have you tried removing the supplemental PCB?

Make sure none of the bent pins on the connectors at the top of this photo are touching, remove the board with the RCA's (it's for a photo booth game or something? I don't remember, but you don't need it). Then give it another go.

You need a terminator on CN5, or this expansion board. Without one of them you'll get a black screen.

If bios boot but not game it's most probably because the slave SH2 is not well soldered. You can enter sega service menu by keeping service (or test, never remember) button on motherboard pressed while powering up the board. You'll find a test called "slave CPU". If it fails, you have the culprit.
Then it's only a solder job to fix it.

You can also try booting a game while pressing the slave SH2 (the one in the corner) onto the board.
