This is a conditional sentence. You can answer in 2 ways;

1-) Yes i have examined the board. This is what i see blah blah.
2-) No i haven't i sell as is / as dead board. No idea etc.

It isn't hard. On the contrary so easy.

Next is demanding pictures so i can examine and something every seller should provide when asked. And shipping costs.

After 20 days when i just write "Still no answer. 20 days…"

You turn into a crazy man start SHOUTING (yes in cyber world writing in capitals is SHOUTING from the day when you haven't even born (maybe)
