? for the SF2 junkies...I've got a Dash/B-21 board that shows Champion Edition on title screen (no rainbow letters or Testron stuff) but during gameplay movement is accelerated, you can switch characters during match and direct fireballs up and down, etc. In the 21A,22A,23A it looks like standard issue roms- so does this mean those were just popped out and written over with some kind of hack? Thanks

Quite likely yes. Or those are reprinted labels. But yeah those three roms have non-standard code on em!

Maybe one of the PALs is swapped too, some hacks do that.
