Shadow dancer boot and black screen

After burn eeprom like here, so the game boot , the white dog appears after tthat no signal like on this video, I checked 2 times all eeprom and seems good:

So after crossed test it's seems my mobo go to watchdog mod (security). Any idea?

Thanks of @Apocalypse I found the solution, I have a 2 oscillators rev instead of 3 oscillators. My NNC tri sync doesnot support this rev.
