Simpsons 4P Konami Graphics sprite issues

Hi All,

I have a pretty clean Simpsons 4P board, as you can see in the pictures there is a persistent vertical sprite lines across the game play.

I have looked at other posts around the net and have removed and changed the 74LS374 on 10K and 12K position, I have tested the old IC and they came out bad on the ic tester, replaced the 2 ics with new socketted ones and the same issue remains. The rom checks pass.
Any one else have any ides what the issue might be? Thanks in advance

same issue at 5v or 5.15v does not increase voltage higher.

I've seen roms pass checks and still have faults similar to that, according to mame b08, b09, b10 and b11 are graphics roms with b08 being sprites. try replacing it.

checked the EEproms against mame rom set the 5 eeproms verified ok
also the issues seems to be persistent across the whole game as in the artifacts are all in the same spot as per video below
