SNK Neo Geo MV-1C: Missing Capacitor - Need Value

Does anyone know what value this capacitor (PC2 that is missing on my MV-1C board should be?

I have tried inspecting the others that are intact, but can't see any markings on them. And I can't find a schematic for this board either.

Not sure but they could be between 150 and 220 ohms.

You can go with any voltage at least 10v I don't know the exact voltage of the one in the picture.
