[SOLVED] Arkanoid: where is pin 6 of IC46 (74LS08) supposed to be connected?

It's shorted to +5V on the board I have and of course schematics are incomplete for that specific output.

The board is working but shows the overscan part and since that chip is involved in the Vblank circuitry it's clearly (part?) of the cause.
I also pulled the LS08, it's not the cause of the short.

Stupid me, indeed pin 7 is GND on a DIP14 TTL chip.
I meant pin 6. (Thread title edited)

IC13 had an internal short between pin 1 (CK) and pin 20 (Vcc).
