Hi. I'm trying to make work an original Desert Tank rom board using a Daytona USA complete game. I have graphic glitches everywhere and the initial badge of the attract screen doesn't show up.

I haven't found any info about if there is needed something more to be configured for making this game work at graphic level.

I converted from a Daytona USA to a Desert Tank a long time ago. Desert Tank does not require any special graphics settings. If graphics are missing, check if there is a problem with the graphics mask ROM.

I have dumped all and passed through romident, except the coprocessor eprom ones. I don't think they could be culprits, but I'll read them.

Solved the mystery. The Model 2 MAME driver is bad documented in Desert Tank. 2 polygon memories are in incorrect places. I archieved the rom set from a SEGA original conversion box, so putting all the memories according to MAME got me this error.

BAD:
mpr-16964.21
mpr-16965.20

GOOD:
mpr-16964.20
