Update: Identified as a 0.1uF 50V cap.
My Strikers 1945 PCB has two damaged parts that I think are filter caps? Could someone please help me identify exactly what it is and the value that I need to replace it with?

Although many of them just have "R 10" on them (unless the text has just worn off)
