I read you posts yesterday and listened to the glitch again and was about to post that I didn't think it was the mask rom because it sounded like a set of channels was missing. Glad you found it.

Yes really happy, was pretty sure has something to do with the Yamaha, but i had checked all legs and found nothing, but then Yesterday i came on it again and tried to press on this Yamaha (not really easy with that motherboard, because the Yamaha is under the cartridge) and notice some little change. The continuity was ok between the ram and Yamaha, but the legs was moving a little on the sharp ram. I reflowed all the legs and now works perfectly.

I suspected it had been a loose leg... these boards are so paper thin that popping legs happens often. So glad you found the issue!
