Sony BVM 20E1U / BVM-20E1U tube swap and restoration

Necro post:

Recently picked up an A20 with only the 16:9 mask and haven't had any luck finding a 4:3 mask until I found this thread. Decided to print off both the simple mask and the most recent complex one. Figured I'd give an update in case anyone else winds up here.

I had them both printed JLCPCB in SLA(Resin), Imagine Black.

The simple one doesn't fit in either of the left/right vertical grooves, I think they might be too narrow.

Also I'm not sure what to call them but the top has these sort of tabs that stick out, in order to get them to fit in I had to shave off a few mm with a grinder.

The complex one turned out a lot better surprisingly. I'd probably recommend using a different material as what I used seems to be very brittle. I had to grind down just about everything at the top a few mm as well otherwise it comes up against a small lip that's above the mask. The center one is pretty thin so I had to be careful.

The bits at the bottom that go into the holes are also different than the 16:9 mask at least. Makes it a bit harder to keep in place unless you get a tight fit.

Once it's all grinded down just enough though it's great. Going to probably do another run using a better material.

I'd like to print out the complex mask. What options did you recommend / need to select? I've never ordered 3d printing online before.
