If you are in New York I’d keep an eye on Craigslist for NYC. There have got to be a few still kicking around in media studios there. Once saw an ad for a free PVM 2030 with the address of the curb it was left on.

Thanks for the info. I contacted some local news stations etc around my area and I got no response. I suppose either they are busy or didn't want to part with their stuff or maybe they thought I was looking for something to flip.
I did manage to buy a pvm off ebay a couple of days ago. I just hope this is worth it.

It was sent using fedex and I paid $40 shipping.
Now, IF there are issues, I will of course return it. I will inspect it. I also have the 240p test suite and decide how good the tube is.

As far as I know PVMs do not track hours, but BVMs do.
