Sourcing CPS2 Digital AV FPGA

I suspect unless you're a company that can place an order with Intel for thousands of them, you'll just have to wait until production gets back to normal levels again and places like Digikey and Mouser have them back in stock. It's not that the chip is obsolete, it's just any supply will be bought by people who can place bulk orders rather than a hobbyist that wants 1 or 2.

I was building something unrelated that used a similar FPGA to this which is now out of stock and early last year Mouser was saying they wouldn't get any back in stock until November this year, and I suspect that date will drift even further out.

I'd take you up on that offer if you do :D

I'd be kinda sketched up working on it since I'd only have one but hey it's better than zero. I installed the kit before on a CPS2 but it would be the first time doing it on a CPS1, need to get it ready for that multi 8)

I dont know if you can install the revision i have on CPS1 , i think need to be reflashed with the firmware who can be used on CPS1 . Honestly , i let this project uninstalled from 2020 till now

Yeah, definitely needs to be reflashed but that's a given were I to build one from scratch anyway (well not reflashed in that case, just flashed).
