Earlier this year, a member was kind enough to sell me his last two spinner-to-joystick interface PCBs. I am now selling one of them. This is based on Nightmare Tony's circuit. I tested it with Gunbarich, and it works great. Included is a 4-pin cable for connecting to your spinner.

Do you mind sharing the designer info on the bottom right, please? I'd love to know who redesigned this board. Looks different than the original one that was released and I'm trying to get a hold of one.

I'm not sure if the person cited on the board is the same as the member who made these for me, but they said I purchased their last two, and they have no plans to make any more.
