SRAM supplier for backup RAM

Anyone have an US source for new (preferably) or maybe even used SRAM?

I've got a MV1 with bad backup RAM. Dev wiki says I need 62256, 43256, cxk58257 type SRAM in SOIC28 package. Checking on digikey, the only one available has a minimum order of 76 Arrow has nothing. Mouser only has SOP28 package. From what I find, the pins are a little wider then SOIC28. Does anyone know if SOP28 will fit?

Thanks for the reply. I also checked there, but they only have SOP28 instead of SOIC28 as well. Not sure if they'll fit the pads.

I must be blind or had something! Thanks for the link to the part. Now I'm reading the OR gate could be related to the backup RAM errors too. I will investigate! I'll order some and the or gate just in case.
