ST-V Multi Worked, Now It Doesn't. Help? Video of boot sequence attached

I think I turned it on when the SD wasn't in the 2nd time I used it, and didn't know it had come out.

When I got it, it worked perfectly.

I haven't yet tried formatting the SD card and starting this from scratch (I bought this all as a bundle).

Barring that, is this any kind of common error that I can quickly troubleshoot? Any ideas? Thanks! Video clip:

I would say broken (unsoldered) slave CPU or 5v too low.
 
I can solder but not microchips. If it were the CPU, does that mean I would need a new motherboard?

I'm using this in a Blast City with a JAMMA harness but I've also tried in a MAS supergun, same result. And it did work when I got it although I don't remember getting sound

Press the service (or test, can't remember) button on the motherboard and then power up. You'll get factory menu.
In menu go to "SLAVE CPU TEST" and see what happens. Test multiple times.

If it fails, you can try to press on the CPU in the corner. It should solves issue as long as you press it :D
