Stacked 171-7919A 2-in-1?

I was sent donors for cart conversions and I received basically two carts stacked on each other, the top one being World Series 99 with no IC22 and the bottom cart is Dynamite Baseball with IC22. Dumped the IC22 and it has both games on it. I'm wondering if this was some kind of 2-in-1 that needs a custom bios to boot like the 171-8346C 2-in-1s? On multibios you can get it to show the other game by changing region, but it doesn't actually boot into World Series 99. It'll boot Dynamite Baseball no problem.
