Starting to wire up power on a 837-13551 *HELP*

Need some help on wiring up the power on a 837-13551 I/o board. What pins do I use for power? CN7 or CN3? I can't figure it out from the old harness, it appears that the CN7 has run directly to the power supply with 2 5v and 2 grounds.

Yes CN7 has two 5v and two gnd wires.

thanks, this helps a lot. Curious about this wire that's looped from the 1pin to the 3 pin. Amy ideas?
