Street Fighter 2 character glitch with Blanka - help needed board repair

[52brezelfenster]

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take a look at and hopefully fix my Street Fighter 2 board.

Here's the issue. You'll see that Blanka flahshes to Ryu for a split second, then back.

Also posting some photos of the board set as it looks like some of the ROMS have been mucked with previously.

Thanks for the help and pointing me in the right direction.

You had it like this, maybe a bad convert.

@Brakvader this is how it came to me. I asked the previous owner about it and that's how it came to him. So not too sure as to when it started.

Read the roms 21 , 22 , 23 , lets see the dumps - it's probably a hacked or corrupted program.

@Hammy thanks for the info. Is there anyone here that I could send the board set to for troubleshooting? I'm not setup for the rom reading. Would like to get it in capable hands if possible.

Thank you,
