I have a Street Fighter II TF CPS1 board that, after being turned on for a few minutes, starts to get a discolored at the top-right side of the screen. I know it isn't the monitor, because other JAMMA games plug in and work just fine. You can really see the discoloration in the health bars; what should be pure yellow across the board has an orange gradient and what is red is a bruised purple. Has anyone experienced this before and/or know which board / capacitor / chip could be causing the problem?
