Hey all,

anyone know what JP12 on the Street fighter the movie the game PCB is?
Manual states it's for connecting the kicks, but doesn't say what kind of connection to use.

It's the white connector above the jamma edge in this photo-

Hey!

I was recently doing research on this board for an event I helped set up, the kicks work as follows.

For LK and MK, the two are handled via the Jamma edge. For HK, these are handled by the JP12 connector. When I had this setup in a cab, I didn't want to have to rewire another harness that used the Jamma Edge connectors, I preferred to just use the CPS2 kick harness already in my cab.

To do this, I had a JNX Atlas created that switches the Jamma edge to use the kick harness for the LK and MK, then had a separate cable for the HK. Attached is the connector JNX used to attach the HK, as well as the adapter board itself. If you need JNXs contact info feel free to DM me, I have been able to request adapters from him for several of my boards now.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info!
Handy enough, I have a few atlas adapters handy
Looks like you used a molex KK there?
And what did you do with the wire, just solder to the pins on the kick connector?
