Street Fighter Zero 2 Boot issue

Hi all,
I was given a non working CPS2 board with SFZ2J. Tried it and it was hanging on a purple screen. Following some advices from this community, I have ordered some Infinite Key in case that was just due to a battery suicide.

Now I get a screen! but it fails the boot at Q Sound.
I have checked voltage, it is 4.98V, I have cleaned everything including the Z80 chip, but no luck. I guess I will try to find a Z80 replacement hoping that works.

I appreciate any comment on the boot/ Q Sound part, but what I really wanted to ask here is, on top of boot and Q Sound issues, don't I also have graphical glitches?
I don't think that background color is right, is it? Also, the text is really hard to read, is that supposed to be that blurred?

Appreciate any insight to help get this to work!

Thank you for your attention. I don't have any other CPS2 boards but I have already ordered some Z80 chips. Hope it will fix the boot screen but I also expect graphical glitches based on that screenshot on post #1.

In my experience it's rarely the Q sound chip but rather the logic around it or even the sound RAM.

Update: I have replaced the Z80 chip on the A board and now the game boots normally and I can see no graphical glitch up to title screen. Haven't tested gameplay yet, will try later.
