Sun 400-5397-01 JVS PSU Resistor R39 value?

I have a Sun 400-5397-01 JVS PSU that has good 12v and 3.3v but outputs around 2v on the 5v output. It had the usual seized fan and bad caps issue, but even after a recap and checking all the transistors and ICs I still have low 5v. The only suspicious part I can find is resistor R39 which is measuring around 100ohm, but the markings are all burned off so I don't know what the value should be.

Could anyone with this power supply help me out with the correct value of R39? Thanks!

Hi,
in case this is not solved yet or somebody else wants the same information, colors of the markings on my 400-5397-01 are:
gold
brown
blue
brown
Please check attached picture for reference, if this is what you wanted to know; I have not Idea what I am doing.
