Super Hang On Arcade Cabinet Restoration

Hello everyone, I found a Super Hang On upright model arcade cabinet and I would like to restore it......I saw that the turbo button is disconnected (the cables are cut)... I would like to reconnect it to the PCB... where should it be reconnected? Thank you

Looks like pins 12 and 13 on the 21 position connector.
