System Board Y2 general info

Pretty sure these board use encryption/security through the onboard CPLD/FPGA so might not just be a romswap.

Edit: well dunno about pretty sure, but i suspect it does
 
I got one of these with KOF2002UM and am trying to set up an optimized Retrotink 4k profile, but there doesn't seem to be any information about the dot clock anywhere on the internet (usually I could pull it from MAME, but there isn't a Y2 core in MAME), and I need to dot clock to derive the optimal sample rate. Does anyone have that info? Or has anyone already set up an optimal profile for the Y2 on the RT4k?
