Taito Egret II PSU Adapter

Thanks guys, hope you like/enjoy these as much as I had fun putting it all together. Except for souring those damn right angle headers, total pain.

But yeah, the PCB should come out pretty nice! I need to make the one for my vewlixs next so i can ditch the Wei-ya psu.
 
PCBs are finally in production and the right-angle connectors have finally shipped. So looks like everything will make it here around the first week of May.

So...

an unassembled kit will be around $15-20 + shipping, you put it together/solder it up.
It will have all the parts except for the 12v aux power switch, cause it costs around $4-5 alone and some of you may not care for that. I added it so I can hook up led light for the cab internals with a motion sensor. If you want to use that aux 12 power connector you can just jump the switch pin next to it if dont need the switch.

An assembled and tested kit will be around $35-40 + shipping,

If you can assemble it yourself please do, if not I can do it.

Again these are for the Mean Well RT-125A, they should also work with the RT-65A and RT-85A as well since the datasheets seem to line up with the spacing and pinouts.

Sounds good! I definitely want one of the unassembled kits. Should we just check back here next week or will you be sending PMs when available?

Looks excellent! Yeah I wish Lions 3d would make a nice case to mount to for the Meanwell rt125a ,I contacted him previously about it but never got a response. I hate having it just sitting out exposed. Iv been having to use one with my consolized MVS since I have been using the Darksoft multi and need that power dialed in.

my cab should be here by the 20th.. i think it should only be a few days by now, since its in jersey. ur choice if u wanna send one to me for testing.
 
Im gonna put a couple together to send out at cost. Just want to get 1 or 2 persons to test these out before I offer them up.

Maybe someone can make a 3d print case for these?? Maybe @twistedsymphony has time for it? Dont know who else does 3d prints?
 
Boards got delivered, gonna see if I can assemble a couple tonight, I think I have all the parts on hand :)
