FS Taito G-Net Backup Board Project

Recently finished designing and ordering parts for about 25 of these. They are near 1:1 with intentional small differences.

Main notable change is the supercaps. Panasonic no longer makes these and they are all old stock at any remainder vendors. Ive subbed these with new Nichicon evercaps that are slightly smaller physically but are same specs with a little voltage overhead.

Ive sourced every part x25 and will include along with the pcb’s (except for the standoffs). Looking to sell the whole project to someone that has more time than me to make.

Trace out what it actually "keeps alive" is on my todo list, but GNET has flash, so it should not need it. really..?

why not redesign it for NV ram without any caps required at all?

I love doing 1:1 designs. Thats about the only reason.

Not all G-NET boards have the backup board too, so having the option of adding one is nice.
