WTB TAITO spinner

Just looking to get some spinners for my games that use them. Does anyone know if the ultimarc spinners are standard quadrature spinners when used without the usb breakout? Is there a way to change their spin rate? Just looking for the best spinner experience. Thanks!

If you are referring to SpinTrak spinnet then I did connect my one to an arkanoid board and it did work but was more sensitive to movement than a standard taitio spinner. I am not sure whether the spin rate could be slowed probably need another adapter board to slow it down to the correct speed.
