TAITO Type X2 Launcher Replacement

Title says it all really. I am developing a new launcher replacement for the HDD games on the TAITO X2 series.

This will enable you to run games which have been cloned onto new disks. The original TAITO X2 employs a lot of protections which prevent this.

In order to make the launcher I need a proper disk-image of the original disk.

The end result is the replacement of one file and maybe an extra driver.

So far I have support for:

Super Street Fighter IV 1.0 Standalone

This is excellent . I’ll be providing whatever machines I get in for repair for helping preservation of single games that are in the wild still taking coin! . Haunted mansion series is something else I’ll be hoping to sort out. What about Darius burst? That is something I’d like myself to so am I on the look out
