its printed on the silkscreen just below the connector
Make sure you connect the two reserved pins to the I/O card

correct, those red pins need to go to the I/O card. IIRC you really only need the power and ground.

On the other hand for the Power Led the + & the - are independant in which order they must be connected

That is correct.
I'm not sure on the HDD/Power LED polarity but I think its - +. Even if it's wrong it wont hurt anything, and you just switch it if it doesn't work.
