Taito type x2 SF4AE sound issue

Good afternoon everyone,

I recently purchased a Viewlix with a 3000-1 in it and decided to convert it to SF4AE. I bought a Taito type x2 with SF4AE already in it. Im using a Taito JVS jamma I/o board. The game works but my sound is distorted. I have tried to rewire the amp and bought a new RCA to 3.5mm audio cable but neither made it any better. Has anyone ever run into this issue? Also is there any test menus in the taito type x2 platform? I did quite a bit of searching with no results.

The sound worked great with the 3000-1 btw.

Well I figured most of my issues out. The sound issue seems to be a bad cable or maybe the JVS board... waiting on a new cable in the mail. The test menu issue I had to trace the wire and it was just wired wrong.

Now I need to figure out the screen sync issue (weird blur / wave looking thing ). I also need to get heavy kick to work and we will be 100%!
