Taito Vewlix DIAO LCD input issue HDMI--DVI screen

Two years that i use sometimes Console Nswitch or XBox X on my Vewlix with an adapter HDMI to DVI cable and now i couldn't get any video on LCD screen.
Cable is good as if connecting to a PC i get a picture ..
What could it be in this case .
Screen is Sign model
Settings controller board is on Auto or even i try DVi only but same isse
