I received my Taki Udon de-10 nano clone the "Mister Pi" today. I was able to confirm it's compatible with the Mistercade with a few modifications.
You will have to remove the USB Micro bridge pictured here:
Replace the usb micro bridge with a micro to usb-a cable as pictured here (I only had a long one on hand, but will replace with a shorter one when it arrives):
Then make sure your SW0 on the de-10 nano is turned on or you won't have any sound. More info on that here under number 4 of the hardware assembly section.

I tested this on the v1 since it's all I had on hand. I will test it on the v2 once I get one if someone else hasn't already.
