Good day to one another

I would now like to dedicate myself to my second project and convert my Vewlix into a Tate/Shmup Cabinet. Can anyone recommend a good multisystem so that the games are displayed correctly and I don't have to buy each game separately?

TTX with Artax is supposed to be very complicated...

Artax TTX use mainly MAME as emulator and that for shmups is not really recommended, most likely you will have 4 to 5 frames of input lag.
Best route is to download a Final Burn Neo complete romset and use it with Retoarch and FBN core, there are specific settings you can find to reduce the input lag to 1 or 2 frames.
I did find some vertical ready images in the past but they were ment for Raspberry Pi using Retropie.
 
I would recommend a modded rgh modded Xbox 360 the shmup library is great and someone released a nice tate skin.
